Overall Role

-The Floor Manager will be tasked with ensuring efficient and effective performance of Store with a view to maximizing the company’s profitability.
-The Floor Manager will also be responsible for the management of staff, Premises, stock, quality customer service and visual presentation in the store.
-The Floor Manager also finds new ways to improve sales and customer service requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1.    Maximize Store sales and achieve agreed performance targets.
2.    Generate and monitor all sales within the store.
3.    Ensure a high standard of sales is achieved, thus maximizing profits.
4.     Ensure that all sales opportunities are optimized.
5.     Analyze sales figures and forecast future sales volumes to maximize profits.
6.     Analyze and interpret trends to facilitate planning.
7.     Ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
8.     Facilitate stock receipt, stock capturing and stock safety.
9.     Ensure accurate stock taking and correct discrepancies immediately.
